Britax Römer King II

KING II - Apertura

KING II, easy installation in most cars

ECE R44/04 - Group 1 (9-18 kg)
In addition to combining safety and practicality, the KING II stands out for its patented seat belt tensioning system with a seat that can be separated from the base, which allows safe and trouble-free installation. Its multiple recline positions ensure a comfortable ride when the child is sleeping.

Simple installation

The KING II is easy to install, as the seating area can be separated from the base and tilted forward, providing better access and visibility to adjust the vehicle's 3-point seat belt. Once in place, when closing the seat, the seat belt is automatically tensioning for a secure fit.

It is universally approved for installation with a 3-point seat belt.

5-point harness

The child is restrained with a 5-point harness, which distributes the impact forces across five points: two at the shoulders, two at the hips and one at the buckle located between both legs.

The headrest and the five-point harness can easily be adjusted with one hand to adapt to the child's growth. Before installing the seat in the car, check that the headrest is in the correct position, just above the child's shoulders.

The chest pads reduce the child’s forward movement in the event of an impact and provide additional comfort to the harness. In a frontal collision, they also help to distribute the impact forces more evenly between the child's shoulders and chest.

Reclining seat

To provide greater comfort for the child while traveling, it easily reclines into four positions.

Side protection

The thick, softly padded sides offer better protection in the event of a side impact.

Removable upholstery

Practical design with machine-washable, quickly removable seat cover that can be taken off without removing the harness.
